When we sit to meditate, we are looking after ourselves in ways that might not at first seem obvious. The benefits of meditation are numerous and varied, and supported by science.
The purpose of this group is to provide a safe and compassionate space for women who have lost their spouse or partner to share their thoughts, feelings, and struggles about their loved one’s death and in coping with the loss. This group will run for nine weeks starting on February 09, 2020, and will meet every other Tuesday via Zoom from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm MST.
